Global Assets is built in three layers: countries first, then cities inside them, then landmarks inside those.

Mint a country and become its original minter. Every time that country is traded in the future, you earn a royalty, even after you've sold it.
Once cities and landmarks launch, the current country owner can also earn from activity within it.

Build inside the countries. Mint a city or district and own it outright. When landmarks inside it are traded, the city owner earns a royalty, while the country above it earns a share too.
